Services included in the apartment price

Meeting Point Service
On the day of your arrival, we’ll meet you directly at the reserved house. You just have to call us about 60 min. before you reach the reserved village;

Welcome and customer service in the house
We’ll accompany you and introduce you to the apartment and inform you about the facilities of the house (parking area, garage, laundry, ski-room, area for the waste disposal, etc.); we’ll also introduce you to the house rules;

Check-in First Class Service, admission and registration service in the house
This is probably the most appreciated service; we come to you with our “mobile office” so that we can handle all issues that are necessary to complete your check-in;

Payment in the house
You can obviously make your payment cash (but just if the amount does not exceed euro 3.000) or you can use your bankomat or credit card Visa and Mastercard directly from your apartment with our POS GSM;

Local Info Service
We inform you about the position of your apartment related to the most important and meaningful places like for example: chemist’s, ambulatory, tourist info, bank, post office, shops, bakery and other shopping areas. We’ll also suggest you beautiful places to wine and dine and indicate you the best Aprés Ski, Lounge Bar and Pubs.
Of course we’ll also give you information about the rentals, where you can hire your ski equipment in the winter and your mountain bike in the summer.

Ski-pass Service
A really precious service to avoid long queues on your day of arrival! You can purchase your ski-pass directly from home on the official web site of Dolomiti Superski and after you’ve sent us the “voucher” we’ll manage everything else. On the day of your arrival, we’ll hand you over your ski-passes.

On-call service
You can reach us on the mobile phone of our agency day and night. Please use this service just for emergencies.

Service for minor maintenance
For interventions regarding minor maintenance in the apartment, we’ll come as soon as possible.

Services on request and on payment

Bed linen and towels
In almost all cases, an additional charge is requested (obligatory) for the linen service and for the final cleaning of the apartment. The apartment will be well prepared for your arrival. A change of the linen and a cleaning during your stay is possible on request (with advanced communication) and on payment. In some other cases and if you prefer, you can bring your own linen from home;

Pick me up Service
Ideal for our guests who travel by train or airplane. We’ll organize a suitable means of transport (private taxi), that will pick you up at the agreed time at the train station or airport. Please check if you can use the convenient service “Dolomites transfer”; it’s a collective transfer service to and from Alta Badia. For info, conditions and reservations please read here.

Evening and Night Check-in First Class service
If you’re not able to arrive within our opening hours, we have the proper solution for you.
Evening Check-in First Class service, active from 7 pm to 10 pm at the price of 35,00 euro;
Night Check-in First Class service, active from 10 pm to 2 am at the price of 50,00 euro;

“First shopping” – just with organic products
If you can’t do your shopping on the day of your arrival, you should really take advantage of this service for € 15,00. Here you’ll find an assortment of healthy organic products; you can order them by simply sending us the filled form;

Romantic welcome service
Something very special for special occasions:
You can order a bottle “Champagne” for 80,00 euro or a “Spumante Franciacorta” for 45,00 euro. You’ll find the ordered bottle in the apartment at your arrival, freshly kept in a bottle cooler and accompanied by two beautiful Champagne glasses;
And what about something sweet too? A box of delicious chocolates Lindt is available for 30,00 euro;

Internet Wi-Fi
In almost all houses we can guarantee a fast wi-fi connection for free. In some other cases, the service is not available yet but the service is limited and/or on payment. On each apartment description you’ll find precise information about it;

Cleaning service “ONE MORE”
On request, we offer two variants of cleaning services:
One More Light for 30,00 up to 50,00 euro depending on the size of the apartment, which includes the cleaning of the floors, the making of the beds and the clearance of the bathroom.
One More Plus for 60,00 up to 80,00 euro depending on the size of the apartment, which includes the services offered for the cleaning One More Light plus a basic cleaning of the bathroom and of the kitchenette, dishes included.
Take notice: the cleaning service “One More” will be confirmed depending upon the availability of our staff.
