The reservation must be confirmed with a deposit of 30% or 50% (depending on the offer), rounded up to the euro, to be sent within 24 hours from the reservation with credit card or bank transfer.
Payment of the balance:
The balance must be paid on the day of arrival at the “check-in” (cash, just if the amount does not exceed euro 3.000; with credit card visa or mastercard or with bankomat). The price includes the fee for the apartment, all consumptions (water, electricity, gas), house costs, welcome service in the apartment, the adequate locally assistance during your entire Holiday.
The penalty in case of cancellation amounts to 30% or 50% (the paid deposit) excepted for special offers if mentioned otherwise. If the conditions provide for a total payment in advance, no amount will be reimbursed.
If you don’t arrive on the supposed day and you don’t inform us about a delay, at 8 am of the day after your supposed arrival the reservation will be cancelled with a penalty of 30% or 50% (the paid deposit) excepted for special offers if mentioned otherwise. Interruption of your Holiday:
In case you must interrupt your Holiday, nothing can be reimbursed.
The “Meeting Point” is directly at the booked house. The check-in directly in the booked apartment.
Check-in hours: from 4 pm to 7 pm. Note: other check-in hours are bookable choosing from our additional offered services.
Check-out hours: from 8 am to 10 am.
From 100 euro to 500 euro cash (or with pre-authorization on the credit card), depending on the size of the apartment.
The presence of a pet (if allowed!) must be notified at the reservation. An additional charge for the final cleaning of the apartment is required.
From € 1,40 to € 1,90 for each person per day (not required for children under 14 years of age).
