The reservation must be confirmed with a deposit of 30% or 50% (depending on the offer), to be sent within 24 hours from the reservation with credit card or bank transfer.
Payment of the balance:
The balance can be paid in advance or must be paid on the day of arrival at the “check-in” (cash, if the amount does not exceed euro 2.000 or with credit card visa or mastercard). The price includes the fee for the apartment, all consumptions (water, electricity, gas), house costs, welcome service in the apartment, the adequate locally assistance during your entire Holiday.
The penalty in case of cancellation amounts to 30% or 50% (the paid deposit) excepted for special offers if mentioned otherwise. If the conditions provide for a total payment in advance, no amount will be reimbursed.
Emergency situation Covid:
If an arrival will not possible due to government regulations, the entire paid deposit amount will be credited to a future vacation with BelaVal.
If you don’t arrive on the supposed day and you don’t inform us about a delay, at 8 am of the day after your supposed arrival the reservation will be cancelled with a penalty of 30% or 50% (the paid deposit) excepted for special offers if mentioned otherwise. If the conditions provide for a total payment in advance, no amount will be reimbursed.
Interruption of your Holiday:
In case you must interrupt your Holiday, nothing can be reimbursed.
Check-in hours: from 4 pm to 7 pm. You can go directly to the reserved house.
Check-out hours: from 8 am to 10 am.
From 100 euro to 500 euro depending on the size of the apartment, to be guaranteed with credit card.
The presence of a pet (if allowed!) must be notified at the reservation. An additional charge for the final cleaning of the apartment is required.
From € 1,40 to € 1,90 for each person per day (not required for children under 14 years of age).
