we inform you that we have adopted all the health security measures required by the competent Authorities to guarantee the total safety of all our Guests.
The application of the hygienic procedures adopted by us, guarantees maximum comfort and serenity throughout your stay.
We certificate the following main procedures that we have adopted:
- All our apartments were disinfected with the use of a disinfectant solution based on hydrogen peroxide.
- On changeover days: disinfection of the apartment through the use of certified disinfectant products, based on 90% denatured alcohol.
- Our cleaning staff is well trained and will be equipped with the necessary personal protective equipment.
Moreover:
- None of our staff will access your apartment during your stay unless you request it expressly and only with reciprocal precautions.
- The apartments will be freed from rugs and doilies.
- Simplification of check-in and check-out procedures. With a little collaboration on your part, even the check-in can become “virtual” without having to meet us personally.
